Job Description

  • We are seeking an entry-level SAP End User to support daily warehouse and production operations at a manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on, onsite role focused on executing SAP transactions, supporting shop-floor teams, and ensuring accurate operational data entry in SAP.
  • This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain practical, real-world exposure to SAP in a manufacturing environment.
  • Note: This is not an SAP consulting, configuration, or development role. The focus is strictly on operational SAP usage and warehouse/production support.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily SAP end-user activities for warehouse and production operations
  • Execute Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) transactions in SAP
  • Assist with production order execution, tracking, and basic confirmations
  • Support inventory movements, cycle counts, and stock verification
  • Work closely with warehouse and production floor teams during daily operations
  • Address basic SAP usage issues and escalate system or process issues to SAP functional teams when required
  • Ensure accurate and timely SAP data entry in line with standard operating procedures
  • Assist with basic reporting, documentation, and operational tracking



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic exposure to SAP as an end user (training, internship, academic, or entry-level experience acceptable)
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing, warehouse, or production processes
  • Comfortable working in warehouse and production floor environments
  • Willingness to work onsite in Fort Worth, Texas
  • Strong willingness to learn operational processes and SAP usage
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Authorized to work in the United States



Nice to Have

  • Educational background or coursework in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations
  • Internship or shop-floor experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Familiarity with basic SAP transactions such as MIGO (training-level knowledge is sufficient)
  • Basic Excel skills for tracking and reporting
